Rebecca Spencer, SCRP
President & CEO
Rebecca Spencer is a skilled business strategist with proven
leadership ability. Her global relocation experience spans 18 years including
senior management positions at a major global relocation management company
where she was responsible for executive-level direction and guidance to
Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance and Business Development.
Rebecca also established and managed The Trilogy Group, a global relocation
management consulting company where she worked with multi-national
companies to develop and implement global relocation strategies. Rebecca
joined VISION Relocation in 2004 after consulting with its parent company,
The Long & Foster Companies, for two years. With a guiding strength in
strategic planning and execution, as well as her creative approach to
delivering global mobility solutions, Rebecca is poised to further strengthen
VISION Relocation Group® as an employer of choice and a supplier of
choice in the relocation industry.
Rebecca has a Master of Arts degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University. She earned Worldwide ERC's Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and a Meritorious Service Award for her dedication and significant contribution to the relocation industry. She has authored several articles for 'Mobility' Magazine and served as a speaker, panelist and committee member for Worldwide ERC.
Lisa Wood, CRP
Director, Operations
As Director, Operations, Lisa Wood, is responsible for overseeing Global
Finance and Tax Management Functions for our Clients including expense
management, cost projections and accruals, tax gross-up and equalization,
and comprehensive reporting. She has also been instrumental in the development,
training and deployment of all modules of our technology application,
esp and its web-based client access portal,
i-site. She is the liaison for our Information Technology
department on all issues related to hardware and software applications.
Lisa is a success-driven professional with an
eye for detail. She has been with VISION Relocation Group for ten years
and has held various roles including Relocation Counselor and Client Services
Manager. Prior to joining VISION, she worked with another third-party
relocation management company in Client Services and Supplier Management
for six years.
Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Economics
from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. She also earned Worldwide
ERC's Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.
Mary Kosowski, CRP
Director, Client Services
Mary Kosowski, CRP is a results-oriented relocation professional with extensive experience in all aspects of third party relocation business. She is responsible for overseeing all operations and account management activities including consulting on industry trends and best practices, providing Client program cost analyses, troubleshooting Client concerns or inquiries and managing a staff of Account Managers, Relocation Counselors and Relocation Administrators. Her duties also encompass process mapping, continuous improvement and developing and implementing an annual training curriculum for Client Services teams.
Mary's professional experience includes nineteen years with the largest relocation management company in various roles with increasing responsibility. Her experience includes Account Management, Operations, Real Estate Services and Marketing.
Amy Caballero, GMS, GPHR
Director, Global Alliance Resources
As Director, Global Alliance Resources for VISION Relocation Group, Amy is
responsible for directing all activities related to delivering assignment
services to clients on a global basis. She took the lead in the development
and implementation of The Vision Alliance, an elite group of business
partners who enhance our service capabilities in over 160 countries. She
is an enthusiastic woman with a wealth of international
relocation experience. Amy joined VISION after working with Hewlett-Packard
Corporation where she served as Relocation Management Consultant for the
company's international assignments within the Americas and from all locations
into the Americas. She specializes in relocation policy development and
administration in the United States, Latin America, Europe and India.
Her experience also includes project management and teaching English as
a second language.
Amy is bilingual and earned her Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language at the University of Kansas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Spanish at The University of Richmond. Amy also earned Worldwide ERC's Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.
